Returns and Refunds
To return a shipment, you must phone or email us. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee and you will get a credit for the balance that can be used on Thornloe Cheese within one year of the date of credit.
Authorization Number and a copy of the receipt must be inside the box. Returned goods will not be accepted without a return authorization number. There are no returns or cancellations on customized products. No returns or exchanges after 15 days. The Return Authorization Number, a list of goods returned & the message "Canadian Goods Being Returned" must be clearly written on the outside of the box or returned goods will not be accepted. Errors must be reported within ten days of receipt of order.
