Spring Salad Toss

3 cups torn iceberg lettuce 3 cups torn romaine
2 cups thinly sliced zucchini ½ cup sliced radishes
½ cup fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 cup Italian salad dressing
3 green onions, sliced ½ cup crumbled Thornloe Blue cheese
1 pinch salt 1 pinch pepper


In large salad bowl combine lettuce, romaine, zucchini, radishes, mushrooms, & green onions. Season with salt & pepper. Toss lightly with Italian dressing to coat vegetables; sprinkle blue cheese on top. Makes 6 servings.
